CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INCOME STATEMENT

The condensed Consolidated Income Statement should be read in conjunction with the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2007.

CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED BALANCE SHEET

The condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet should be read in conjunction with the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2007.

Review Of Performance

The Group recorded higher revenue in the current quarter as compared to the preceding year corresponding quarter mainly due to higher revenue from all divisions with the exception of construction division. Lower revenue from construction division was mainly due to completion of certain domestic projects whilst other new projects are in the start up phase.

The Group recorded higher profit before income tax in the current quarter in line with higher revenue and share of favourable results of the foreign associate.
